DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Green Tree

One of the best we've stayed in. Front desk was outstanding- great service. (Loved the warm fresh 🍪 cookies..lol) Rooms were clean and cozy. Bathroom kinda small. Beautiful lobby, dining room and bar. Breakfast Buffet was a bit pricey but well worth it for the area. This hotel had 2 weddings and a ton of little league players (tournaments this weekend) but the staff handled it beautifully. Lyft transportation within the Hilton App was super convenient and we used them numerous times. Greentree location was convenient for PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh. (20 mins) Pool was nice but crowded (with baseball tournaments)...lots of kids but I will say they gave us a room away from all the kids- (without us asking), other than lobby and pool, we didn't know they were there (thanks to mindful staff). Ample parking and convenient entrances for such a big hotel. Would definitely recommend.

I had a very positive 2-night stay. The pool area, with both indoor and outdoor options, was excellent. The gym was a pleasant surprise – well-equipped and clean. The lobby was also clean and looked very new. The staff was attentive and helpful with all my requests. My room was good, and there was ample parking available. My only negative comment is about the room and "tower" numbering, which seemed confusing to me and other guests, especially in relation to the elevators.

The hotel itself is nice. Only issue I had was that I got food downstairs at the bar, I brought my leftovers upstairs in a to-go container and an hour later the food and dresser where I set it down was infested with ants …. The bathroom could use some upgrading the toilet took forever to flush. Other than that, it’s a nice place.
