A great quiet ambience and professional services. But they should learn how to have a basic conversation in english language.

For someone looking for a place that makes you feel safe, it’s a nice hotel with security. Front desk staff is attentive and friendly Rooms are very clean and properly equipped but the AC didn’t work well. The main issue with the room is they take your towels and never return them. I had to go down every day to get them myself. As hot as it is outside, I wish the pool was working, but it too looks clean as far as furniture and outdoor bar It would be helpful to have music in the lobby and the inside bar area because without it it feels very stale. Meeting rooms are adequate.

The general hotel facilities and the rooms are clean but the restaurant area is not and the manager (one of them) is not paying attention to the hygiene as well. When being spoken to he refuses to speak English language. Ordinary staff is very good and friendly.
