I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! The rooms were incredibly comfortable—clean, spacious, and cozy, making it easy to relax and unwind. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping and everyone in between, they were beyond accommodating—kind, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and it made all the difference. We also used the event space during our stay, and it was perfect. Whether you're planning a parlor meeting, birthday party, or just a nice Sunday night event, this venue is ideal. The layout is versatile, the ambiance is classy, and the staff is super helpful in making sure everything runs smoothly. Another great bonus is the indoor pool, which was clean and relaxing—especially great for families or if you just want to take a dip after a long day. All in all, this hotel checks all the boxes. Comfortable rooms, exceptional staff, great amenities, and a top-tier event space. I’ll definitely be back!
Clean rooms and great service. Only complaint is that a/c was not cold enough for us to sleep and temp. could not be changed via set thermostat. Other than that, I recommend this hotel.
There parking lot is full of trees that they don’t maintain, they do not have signs in front of the trees in the parking lot to warn you that the trees will get SAP ALL OVER YOUR CAR. We had a two day stay, and in that time the tree sap ate through the first layer of paint on our brand new 2025 truck. It is costing us $1500 to fix the paint. I wish we would have spent that money staying at an actual nice hotel. The room was a decent price but there was black mold all over the 4th floor we were staying in, it smelled awful and in general is not that nice of a hotel. We stayed there to SAVE MONEY. But we have been trying to contact there claims department and they are ignoring us because they don’t want to pay for the damage that they cause to our car. Probably going to have to contact a lawyer. This place is AWFUL. They do not care about their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE!
