Sophia was not only efficient with check-in, but also incredibly attentive to detail. She answered all my questions patiently, offered helpful tips about the local area, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her positive energy and genuine care truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who combines friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism so effortlessly. I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The only downside was room service coming quite late one day (around 5pm), but it wasn’t a big deal. A special shout-out to Faith – she is truly one of a kind! So friendly and accommodating, she made us feel incredibly welcome. We had a great chat, and she even took an amazing photo of me and my friend in the lobby that we’ll treasure. Staff like her really make a place memorable. Would definitely stay here again
