DoubleTree by Hilton Queretaro

I stayed at this hotel because this brand has a really good reputation. It is small, but has everything I needed. I had the chance to have dinner at Oaks; the restaurant. The food is really good, the place is clean and nice. I want to recognize, Javier the server and Antonia for their excellent service and their hospitable attitude. They are a plus to this hotel.

Terrible service. I reserved a King Bed Junior Suite directly through their website but was given a lower-category room and still charged the full original price. When I complained, the staff treated me as if I were begging for a refund instead of acknowledging their mistake. It’s just common sense to charge for the room actually provided. I had to explain the issue to four different front desk employees, none of whom seemed to know how to handle it. Overall, very poor service. Double-check your reservations if you stay here.

If you need a quick overnight stay then that's okay. If you have demands on the quality of the breakfast or the room, then it is less recommended. The room was either too warm or too cold. Finally, they put a fan heater in my room.
