We love the staff here. They are always accommodating and respectful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and feel relaxing. The restaurant "Cheers" is outstanding. The wait staff are friendly, kind and always seems to care and take care of your requests. We goto quite a few concerts across the street at the Santander Arena. It's great to park, and walk across the street. This had become a preferred choice for our hotel stays. We look forward to returning every chance we get.
Nice enough room and ya get a cookie. Who doesn’t like a cookie? The bar and restaurant are typically hotel bar and restaurant pricing, but the food was good. It would be nice to have breakfast included in the +$200 a night pricing, but it’s a nice buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and hot items and there’s an omelette/egg make to order station, so I get it’s not just a DIY waffle maker and yogurt/toast/cereal option.
Very happy w my experience here. Great rooms. Great common areas. Excellent bar w Great food. Friendly quick professional service. Their best asset is the staff. Easy parking garage included. Great location.
