DoubleTree by Hilton Resort Foz do Iguaçu

Conveniently located close to the Iquaçu waterfalls (Brazilian side). The room, service and breakfast was good. We had a buffet dinner which was just alright, but nothing that would make you having it again.

Would not recommend sadly . As a couple travelling the hotel was over-run with children many unsupervised and wandering around at breakfast and through the bar area . Our room had no chair at the desk although photos showed it did . Coffee and water only supplied day 1 . Might be great as a family trip but definitely would stay at a more adult only hotel if we came back . Service also very slow everywhere .. inattentive staff ( although not all were ! )

Absolutely terrible experience with the restaurants in this hotel. I was sent back and forth between the three restaurants like an idiot — no one took responsibility, and staff had zero coordination. One restaurant even gave me a menu from a different place, and when I asked for an explanation, no one could communicate properly. Seriously, is it too much to ask for basic communication or to use a translation app? This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges like this. Complete joke.
