Gracious, pleasant, and accommodating staff. Rooms are clean and neat, and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a small bar/ restaurant on the lobby floor. I had a couple of drinks at the bar the night I arrived and the breakfast buffet the next morning for $16+/-. It was better than your typical free breakfast with plenty to choose from. The food was good and the service was great. The buffet offered the normal fare, and the fruit, pastries, and juices were very fresh. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Don't forget to download the app. Very helpful, and it makes for an easy checkout.

The water pressure for the sink was low, toilet glogged at every flush. A tv remote had to be requested. The young lady that check us in was nice and knowledgeable. Upon check out the lady asked about our stay but you could tell she wasn't interested. didn't bother to write the issues down. If not for being booked. I would have requested another room. The best part NO PETS ALLOWED. Didn't get woke up by fido.

One of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. After a 3+ hour drive in heavy traffic, all I wanted was to rest. Instead, I found the shampoo dispenser broken and lying on the bathroom floor. When I reported it, the front desk told me to pack up and come get a new key—no offer to assist. For nearly $200 a night, I expected a clean, functional room and at least some courtesy from staff. Rude service at both check-in and check-out sealed the deal: I won’t be returning.
