DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond Midlothian

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. I’m in a wheelchair, and from the moment I arrived, every single staff member went out of their way to be kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. What impressed me most is that I’m not an elite member or VIP they treated me with the same warmth and attention as if I were. It’s rare to find a hotel where hospitality feels this sincere. Thank you, DoubleTree, for making my stay so comfortable and welcoming. You’ve truly set the bar high!

I want to express how much I felt that the bartender Mark was exceptionally a true delight. Gentleman. My son has Down syndrome, I gave my son independence and felt safe having him sit at the bar with Mark serving him. Very polite, caring man. Makes a moms heart full of joy to know there’s great people out there. Thank you so very much. This comment, with no doubt, goes to Cory the front desk manager, as well. Two extremely wonderful men. If I were their boss, they’d definitely be getting a raise. Felt great staying here with knowing these 2 men were here. Five ⭐️ no doubt!!! A happy mom. Thank you

We travel for work. We travel with a working animal. This location has been the greatest location on our many stops on the East Coast. We have to change my hotel stays in the future due to the new pet policy. Thank you for having us for 5 years. You were my favorite double tree. The current room feels a little small compared to the usual room i get here. 4 stars The Service is 4 stars due to the updated pet policy. Location has to be 5 stars because I am 10 minutes from every vendor I have to meet.
