You feel the Rochester energy getting into this place. I would highly recommend this place for business or casual. Their indoor pool is awesome. Very good service staff, over all Well maintained , elevators are very slow so consider taking stairs for quick in and out.

I stayed here for four nights and loved the décor, the vibe, and all the greenery. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautiful. They’re still renovating, but it didn’t bother me. The only downside was the slow elevators, sometimes a 10–15 minute wait from the 5th floor. Still, the friendly atmosphere and delicious breakfast buffet(which not including) made it a wonderful stay overall!

The hotel lobby area is nice and spacious. But the actual hotel room is so old and rundown, the worst of all is the room that we stayed in didn’t feel like it’s been thoroughly cleaned for ages! Had to use the pull out sofa bed, the services attendant bought the sheets in but I don’t even know if the sheets are washed. For an over $200 per night that we paid, it’s completely unacceptable. Location is super convenient, the room is very spacious, that’s why those ports are for! If given a chance, I won’t stay here again. Last few words, serious cleaning is much needed for this hotel!!!
