Great place to stop, I definitely won’t be staying again. It has nothing to do with the staff or the cleanliness, but more so I am disabled and to be able to move around this place and to get anywhere, requires a lot of walking. The pool wasn’t close to my room, and neither was the main office and it’s because this place is massive. The one thing I didn’t like, was that the employees were using the handicap spots even though they were handicapped and you should have enough spaces so that your employees can use them and your guests.

Overall, it was good. The run was nice, but the room service the cleaners did before was minimum at best. No conditioner, boo body wash in the bottles. One of the towels was a yellow dingy color you don't want to see at a hotel. The TV vol. Was so restricted it was barely above a whisper, watched bowling because you don't need to hear that. The biggest yikes was the drilled hole in the corner of the shower ceiling. I also do not like the grid vents. they should be finned to deflect from cameras having a view. We were in the Sutton wing so I'm not sure if it's forgotten since it's so far back out the managers just don't audit the rooms, but I felt like we got to stay at a real nice hotel, but by Spirit Airlines. Maybe the other wins are nice. Plus there was always a strange smell on the LL floor. The evening staff was friendly, and the older gentleman waiter in Twigs was so nice!!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to after my recent stay. While I appreciated the rooms and location as well as the housekeeping woman who took care of my room she was very sweet and attentive I was astonished by how I overheard a manager or at least I think she was if I have it correct I believe her name Juana treating another employee very unprofessional. The tone and manner were unprofessional and, in my opinion, make the company look bad. Management sets the tone for the entire guest experience, and this interaction left a negative impression despite the kindness shown by housekeeping. I hope management can do better.
