From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. I arrived a little too late for breakfast, but to my surprise, they had complimentary bagels with jelly available—such a thoughtful gesture that really made my morning! Cleanliness is a huge deal for me, and this hotel exceeded all expectations. I usually bring my own blankets because I’m picky about hotel bedding, but not this time. Everything felt so fresh and spotless, I dove right under the covers and slept like a baby! Everything in the room worked perfectly—from the air conditioner to the TV, no issues at all. A special shout-out to the manager, Yarlin, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The hotel even offers a convenient shuttle service within a 5-mile radius, which made getting to my appointments a breeze. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and served with a smile. This place made me feel right at home, and I can honestly say it’s my #1 hotel choice in San Diego. If you’re visiting the area and want a clean, comfortable stay with genuinely kind staff, this is the spot for you!

We found the room exceptional. We are not sure if it was because we were on an end corner, but the room almost appeared to be apartment like with a large dining living space. It was clean and well apportioned. The restaurant was a bit disappointing with the food selection. Certainly not horrible by any means but hoping for something a bit more upscale. Although we didn't use it, their pool looked lovely. Their bar area and outside seating was nice. The bartender in attendance the two evenings we were there was very gracious and pleasant. The surrounding area is not walkable so you will have to drive to get to other restaurants and shops. But overall we loved the property so we will be returning to stay there again.

Lobby beautiful. Staff, specifically Larysa, AMAZING. Room could have been better for the following reasons: dirty bedding with stains found under top sheet of comforter, food from the mosaic might as well be a mosaic as it looks inedible. The lobby and location give the impression this would be a well maintained hotel. I was wrong 😑
