DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport

This hotel was able to find us a room when we unexpectedly found ourselves stuck in San Francisco due to a missed flight in the middle of the night. We even got a warm cookie! The receptionist also gave us a later check out time for free. Very grateful. Good airport shuttle service and the room was clean and quiet.

First time for both my husband and I to stay at Double Tree. As soon as we pulled over to the lot, I was already happy to find parking close to the entrance. We walked in to the lobby and it was nice and clean and good atmosphere. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. We went to our room and I was impressed as to how clean it was. The bathroom was clean and I mean I checked the bathroom doors, sink, shower floor and everything and Betty did a good job with getting this room ready for us. Went down to the bar and both Michael and Mark were great! They were friendly and they were both funny which you don’t see in most places. We call them the dynamic duo 😊. The location is great. This is definitely our go to hotel in the peninsula. ❤️❤️❤️

My flight got delayed, so I had to change it to the next day. Delta Air Lines arranged for me to stay at the Hilton Hotel for one night. Overall, the room and service were pretty basic. The room amenities were simple, and the service wasn't particularly impressive. But the hotel does have a shuttle bus running to and from the airport every 15 minutes, which was really convenient. It wasn't the best experience, but it was enough to get by and let me get a good night's sleep.
