The hotel is a delicious place to be. Robes and slippers in the room make a difference. At breakfast not only the exquisite selection of pastries and fruits but the best eggs made by Claudio Boggini, the sweetest chef in town!

Love this hotel. The entire staff is amazing, warm, and helpful. We love the breakfast always delicious food and waiting staff goes above and beyond to take care of the guests.

I honestly did not enjoy my stay. We checked in around 11:30pm on 2/10 and was only there to sleep and have a slow morning before checking out two days early. The AC didn’t work until the morning. The fridge also didn’t work. The bathroom door was transparent so there was no privacy when using the bathroom. The pool didn’t have towels so we asked the guy outside where we can get some and instead of getting some for us he told us to ask the front lobby who then told us to go to the gym to get some. The morning of checking out early, the lady receptionist asked if there was anything that can be done to makeup for our stay. I asked her for a free Hilton laundry bag so I can use it to carry the stuff in my hand. She emphasized that they were free but she would have to call the housekeeping to get me one…. Thus, she didn’t want to. She gave us cookies instead. The least that could’ve been done was a refund. I got the family/friends discount for that night so it wasn’t even a big refund. I didn’t ask but they could’ve offered. I don’t recommend to stay here. If Hilton would like to discuss a refund or what more they could do- please reach out.
