Wonderful property and staff. Very clean room with small kitchenette which made it easy to buy groceries and cook food. Fitness center was great and spacious. Travelled with a small dog and even though the pet fee was a little pricey, it was great to be able to stay with our dog. Definitely recommend and will stay there again if in the area (it is about an hour's drive south of Seoul so if you need to be in Seoul, it is a little ways away).
An outstanding experience! Every part of the stay was phenomenal! A special mention to the Concierge team for assisting with decorating the room for a successful proposal to my now fiancé. Sally Lim's personal efforts were stellar and I will be forever grateful! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
We are regularly traveling all over the world and have been in Hilton over 500+ times but never ever seen some rules that we saw here and really disappointed ones. 1. We paid for ViP executive charges which was really high and when we got to the lounge at 7:01 pm they said it’s closed and we can’t get anything. 2. The next day we came at 6;00 pm to get something and I got couple of chicken wings the lady came and told me that there are 2 schedule time and I can’t get anything until 6:40 when the second schedule starts. 3. We went to the swimming pool to swim they told us to buy a cap before we swim that I have never heard. 4. I was trying to watch YouTube and couldn’t then I had to come to the lobby and ask for HDMI cable and connect my phone to the tv to watch YouTube. I told them it’s 2025 and I can’t believe that a 5 star hotel which charges $400-$500 a night doesn’t even have a smart tv in their room. We didn’t even know if those TV even existed now. So basically we wasted $1000’s of dollars and didn’t even use $1 of that. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I don’t know why the name is Hilton but the quality and services like a two stars hotel.
