Outstanding Dinner Experience at DoubleTree Sharjah - July 31, 2025 We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant of the DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah on July 28- 31, 2025 – and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess. A special thank you to May and Team, who looked after us throughout the evening with great care, friendliness, and professionalism. We were immediately guided to our preferred table with a beautiful view of the park, the perfect start to our evening. From placing our order to the moment we left the restaurant, the service was exceptional. Our requests were handled with discretion and genuine hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, compliments to the chef and many thanks for the excellent meal! We felt welcomed and well taken care of at every moment. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, please keep up the great work. We will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Sharjah, and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few areas that need improvement especially at breakfast. The breakfast staff were noticeably slow, which made the morning feel a bit more frustrating than relaxing. What stood out more was the attitude of the host, who came across as quite bossy toward colleagues, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere not just for the staff but also for guests nearby. It didn’t set a welcoming tone to start the day. The food itself was just okay not bad, but not particularly memorable either. There’s definitely room for improvement in variety and freshness. On a more positive note, the room was very nice this time clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay more enjoyable overall. With some attention to staff training and better breakfast service, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.
