Doubletree By Hilton Sheffield City

A really nice hotel just outside Sheffield City and close enough that you can walk to the city. Rooms are large enough and well kept and cannot really fault anything. The showers were nice as well with plenty of hot water that never seemed to run out!! Two groceries/supermarkets very close by and a 10 minute walk to London Road gives plenty of food options too. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. And let's not forget the cookie given at check-in! Great experience at the doubletree so far!

We are regular visitors to the Hilton brand. This is a recently refurbished hotel and the rooms are a good standard. The quality of sleep was great. The rooms have good sound proofing and we did not hear noise from the street or the hotel, despite the fact that there was a function running. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and high quality. The only disappointing aspect was the fact that the electric vehicle charging point was not working. This was one reason we chose this hotel and it was frustrating to find out that it was out of order when we arrived. The receptionist suggested that it has not worked for some time.

Received parking fine despite paid for 24 hours. Hotel staff said send email and will look into, no email replies, call back and was told they cannot do anything. If you want stress free stay, DO NOT stay here
