This hotel is close to Hangkong road, premium hotel close to the airport. The services are professional and well control which give personality feel. The breakfast is good, reasonable to the room rate and variety menu as well. The hotel is quiet, not close to the main road.

They advertise they have an airport shuttle… It’s false advertising. They do not have an airport shuttle. What they do is tell you to take a didi or a cab. But if you’re running on an eSIM like I was, you cannot call them and you can only take cash or Alipay For the taxi. The cost at the airport to convert some cash was significant… Over 22%… When I asked for reimbursement of that they declined even though I had a receipt… Unfortunately, I don’t speak. Mandarin the taxi driver didn’t speak English. It’s took quite some time for him to figure out where to take me, which should’ve been a 15 minute ride to about 45 minutes. I asked the hotel to simply reimburse me for the commission, which was 60 RMB to get the cash to take the taxi and they blatantly refused. With their doing Is falsely advertising a shuttle and it’s not acceptable.
