DoubleTree by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District

I recently hosted a group stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Augustine Historic District, and I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the incredible hospitality we received. Our group included individuals with cognitive disabilities, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome, comfortable, and cared for. From start to finish, everything was handled with such kindness and professionalism. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious and well-organized, and the food and service at The Oak Room were outstanding. We especially appreciated the barbecue dinner by the pool—what a fun and relaxing way to end the day! A special thank you to Nicole in the groups department—she was an absolute joy to work with. Responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating throughout the planning process. I truly can't say enough nice things about this facility and its amazing team. We are so grateful for such a positive experience and look forward to returning in the future!

We were really happy with this beautiful hotel! From the moment we walked in the wonderful Front desk manager Brandon made us feel welcome and well taken care of! Brandon was so helpful in suggesting great restaurants and fun things to do! Amazing customer service! The rooms were clean and really comfortable. The location was awesome too! In the two days we were there we were able to see so much of this lovely city due to the perfect location of this hotel. Five Stars!!

Came here for a night, and was pleasantly surprised with the inside of the hotel. At the same time, the staff was nice and quick. The two problems I found were the towels, and mold. There were maybe two towels that weren’t clean with big, obvious stains on them. It made me wonder about the cleanliness of the sheets, too. And there was mold spreading on the shower walls, which I thought was concerning. Besides those things, the stay was pleasant.
