I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Yomra, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The room was spacious und spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the modern amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Breakfast was a highlight — a rich and varied buffet with both local and international options, all freshly prepared and delicious. The restaurant staff was courteous and ensured a pleasant dining experience each morning. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area while also offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Hilton Yomra offers a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Oguzhan Sarılıydız for his outstanding support throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Ms. Eda Öztürk – sharing such a wonderful dinner with her was truly a highlight of our visit. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams — your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. I would gladly return and highly recommend Hilton Yomra to anyone visiting the Trabzon area.

I stayed for 6 nights in July 2025, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards of a 5-star—or even a 4-star—hotel. There was no pool, the service was consistently slow, and the overall value did not match the price. We often had to wait up to 15 minutes for the elevator each time we were going out , and the breakfast options were very limited and disappointing. I paid $2,500 for the 6-night stay, but the service and facilities provided were not worth even $1,000.
