I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was super kind and even welcomed me with a warm cookie, which was such a nice touch. I loved that there was a coffee machine in the room, and the beds were extra comfy. The only downside was the shower curtain, it wasn’t designed quite right, so some water ended up on the floor. But overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it!
a great hotel for a reasonable price very close to shopping and the hockey stadium. Room service guy "Eddie" was top-notch! Will definitely stay here again just for the warm cookies when you arrive.
We definitely liked the location. It is across the street from a mall, so there is shopping and restaurants close by. We went to Amerant Arena for a hockey game and it is in walking distance. The hotel is clean. The pool and hot tub were good. The jets in the hot tub could be worked as they weren’t strong enough. Out room as a little out dated, but clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
