Not bad at all. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, tasty and perfectly cooked. Front desk staff, seemed depressed and annoyed, service staff at breakfast, first class. The room was good, bed was comfortable, tech was updated, but the carpet, I think it would be a good idea to replace. Overall, the breakfast and staff made up for it all. Highly recommended.

We were happy with the location as it suited our needs. The service was fine, and we found the staff to be efficient, pleasant, and most obliging. The meals were lovely and varied enough to deal with our particular taste. The room let us down as it had a distinct tobacco like smell every time we walked in. Whatever it was seemed to become less notable as we spent more time in the room. Another point was the absence of drawers and a cupboard with a loose hinge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there with the service making up for the aforementioned.

Our room window was broken but big room for family of 4. Sofa bed too small. We had to get a fan as a.c. unit old and slow. They only take card here. But hotel close to motorway. Had to keep bathroom door shut as would make smoke detector go off. They need to check how many in family room as we were short on towels. It was good children got free breakfast. I only paid £12. For adult breakfast. £3 for car park. Small mugs for coffee and tea. We didn't venture out of the hotel.
