Checked in late so it was kind of messed up. Parking cars was not authorized so we were stuck inside the lot. But it is a remodeled upscale mid range hotel. Nice gym and pool area. Restaurant and bar have good selection and great bartender. 24 hour convenience store in lobby. Small rooms but efficient. Refrigerator and coffee maker. Used by airlines for crew.
Nice breakfast, rooms okay. A/C very noisy. I like the possibility to open the balcony door. Friendly staff. The gym ist too small. Pool area nice but sometimes noisy during night from partying people. Nearby shopping mall is huge and very modern. Restaurants nearby as well.
I was ready to leave a 1-star review for this hotel based on my first couple of days, but thanks to the responsiveness of the maintenance team, I’m adjusting my rating upward. Here’s what happened: One of the perks of staying at a Hilton property is the ability to select your room a day before arrival, which I did. However, shortly before arriving, I received a notification that my room had been changed. Instead of the higher floor I selected, I was placed on the 2nd floor—right behind the elevators and next to a hallway entrance. The entrance door's arm was broken, so every time someone used it, it slammed loudly and rattled the walls in my room. Add to that the constant mechanical noise from the nearby elevator, and it made for a very restless start to my stay. To their credit, maintenance resolved the door issue after a couple of days, which significantly improved the noise level. Unfortunately, the elevator sounds persisted, occurring several times an hour. It’s not ideal if you're a light sleeper or value peace and quiet. On the positive side, the interior of the 1-bedroom suite was great—cozy layout, mini fridge, wet bar, spacious bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. One of the buildings here is only four floors with balconies that double as walkways, while the taller building offers private balconies and more floors—something to keep in mind when booking. All in all, my experience was mixed. While I appreciated the room’s features and the efforts of the maintenance staff, the location of my assigned room really impacted my stay. I’m still undecided on whether I’d return.
