Doubletree By Hilton Tucson Downtown Convention Center

I wish I had the names of the incredible staff who helped me this morning, but I hope this message still finds its way to them. My husband is staying at the hotel for work, away from home and his family, so I wanted to do something special to brighten his day. I called the hotel and spoke with a gentleman at the front desk who was so kind and genuinely happy to help. I explained what I was hoping to do, and he took the time to create a card with my name on it and arranged for champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries to be sent to my husband’s room. Not only that, but the staff in the kitchen and bar who delivered everything were also incredibly friendly. My husband said they made him feel so appreciated and welcomed. It really meant a lot to both of us. If he couldn’t be home, I’m so grateful he was surrounded by such thoughtful, compassionate people. Thank you to everyone at DoubleTree Hilton for going above and beyond—you truly made our day.

This is probably the best Doubletree Hotel ever stayed in the USA. It feels like new. Is all perfect. But the staff is probably the worst ever in a Hilton, specially the Front Desk. I shared my feedback with Hilton already. Hope they do something about it

Hotel was nice with a great room and pool. However, rating it one star for the incredibly poor service. We had a 3 night reservation, however our flights we're delayed coming in and we ended up at the airport over night for what would have been the first night. They cancelled the entire reservation by 7am the following morning (when our flights finally got in) and gave us all cancellation charge and said it was impossible to reinstate the original reservation. Incredibly frustrating to deal with after an all nighter at the airport.
