Nice Spacious rooms and yum food
Great experience! Ilona and Alena at reception have been very professional and very effective at the time of my health problem. I am very grateful to them for their effort, help, sympathy and tranquility sent in the very stressful situation. In General, all staff have been very friendly, and I would like to return. The breackfast is one of the best in Russia. The room is nice and clean.
The hotel is located in a very nice part of down town. It gives good views from the executive lounge. Staff is friendly and helpful. They stumble once in a while with English, but it is good enough to understand.
