I had a wonderful stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Varanasi, and I’d like to specifically appreciate the exceptional services provided in housekeeping, catering, and overall cleanliness. Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff Gaurav and Ravi were prompt, courteous, and meticulous. My room was cleaned daily with attention to detail—fresh linen, spotless bathroom, and a consistently tidy environment. The team was always polite and ensured that my comfort was a priority. Catering: The catering service was impressive. The food quality was excellent—fresh, well-cooked, and served at the right temperature. The variety in the menu catered to different tastes, and the staff ensured that dietary preferences were taken care of. The breakfast buffet was especially delightful. Cleaning & Hygiene: Cleanliness across the hotel premises was top-notch. From the lobby to the dining area and corridors, everything was well-maintained and hygienic. Regular sanitation and visible efforts to maintain a clean environment made the stay even more reassuring. Overall, the hotel’s commitment to maintaining high standards in hospitality and hygiene deserves appreciation. I would definitely recommend double tree by Hilton Hotel, Varanasi, for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Good staff behavior, good management and clean environment. I attended a MP Tourism Board Event there. The parking area has been more than enough for my vehicle. No problem with the security and the staff respected me as their guest. The meals were also good and a lot of options were provided to all the visitors. Throughout the event, atleast a dozen of staff has been working endlessly to provide water and to clean to table. Moreover, they have been asking about our needs every fifteen minutes. A most polite conversation with the people during check - in and check - out. I would definitely recommend it for business meetings and for events that invites VIP guests.

It’s located 30-40 mins from the airport. The staff warmly welcomes you and the check in was really smooth. The room was comfortable but it felt the washroom could get better since it is a 5 star property. The breakfast buffet was amazing, wide spread and the food tasted good. They provide high tea also in a very comfortable lounge room. You don’t need to pay for it. There is really nothing nearby but I don’t have anything to compare it with so I can’t comment much on this.
