Enjoyed the welcome cookie 🍪 😋. Room was clean and when we asked for a room make- up it was made. Breakfast was very good with multiple varieties. Enjoyed my whole stay in general, thank you! But one negative thing to share! Room service staff threw away the food i stored in the fridge before the check-out time, and placed our luggage beside the door!
Got a complementary cookie with check in, I don't know if I was tired but it was honestly one of the best cookies I've ever had. Most of the comments the other people have left about services, if you ask the front desk they can provide you with those services. They have a sauna. The room was spacious and modern. There is Schönbrunn Palace it's a 5 minute walk you can see it from the Hotel. There is a cute park next to hotel also shops and restaurants near by. Have to pay for the breakfast buffet but it was amazing. Service was amazing super clean rooms. They even cleaned my pour over, they did not need to. Super friendly, great service.
The cookies we were offered at the check-in were amazing. The location is super. Close to a nearby park with playgrounds for children, close to Schönbrunn castle where you can take a walk for free in the garden or you can visit the zoo with children. It’s also close to the metro which takes you into the city centre in 10-15minutes. And the tram stop is just in front of the hotel, too. The rooms were clean and nice although there was no handsoap in the bathroom. We had to ask for that. But all in all we had good experience.
