Excellent stay — highly recommended! This is a very good hotel with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The staff were absolutely excellent—extremely friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made a big difference. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We had plenty of space to relax and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is also fantastic—close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Surpassed my expectations! I never thought a local dish like this would taste so authentic at a 5-star hotel. The broth was flavorful, packed with tender meat, and surprisingly rich. Normally, you'd only find this kind of dish served in the morning or early afternoon — but here, it's available until 10 PM, which is amazing. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to try real local Lao food. Best of all, the price is very reasonable!

Had a great stay. Stay seemed like they really wanted to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Room was nice. Executive lounge and breakfast all excellent. The fitness room offers enough to get a good workout, even if some of the equipment is barely usable due to space. Pool is a bit on the small side.
