I didn't like it, terrible service, no room service, absolutely none, we called to order food, they didn't answer the phone, to two restaurants, when we answered the phone, they told us we had 2 events. Since they have events, why the hell do they leave menus in the rooms and shout about room service. There isn't any, they say there is parking, they keep quiet that it's paid, security won't let you out before leaving, pay for parking. This hotel doesn't deserve 5* It's only 3* I don't recommend it to anyone
