DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North Gaithersburg

We loved our stay! We came into town for a tournament, and although the hotel was very busy, we never heard a single noise during the night. No one looked stressed, everyone was eager to assist, and we slept so well! We received multiple check-ins from the front desk manager during our stay. The hotel had a paper upon check-in going over the expectations for the teams, which was really helpful. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing with this many people. The outside looks very dated (don’t be scared away!), as everything inside and our room was beautiful and updated! Would happily stay again next year!

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North while in town for a wedding, and it was a pleasant experience. The lobby was large, bright, and clean. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. I stayed in a king room with a balcony, and the balcony was definitely a nice added touch. The room itself was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Although I didn’t use the pool, fitness center, or restaurant during my short stay, every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The complimentary self-parking is a huge plus. One unusual thing did happen: I received a call to my room about noise, which was surprising since I was alone and not doing anything at the time. However, the staff member who called quickly apologized for the confusion, and the situation was handled professionally. I had a good stay and would consider returning.

Front desk personnel were friendly. Even housekeeping went out if their way to be friendly and assist. Comfortable lobby with a bar. Warm cookies puts it over the top with clean comfortable rooms. Variety of pillows on each bed to find the one that works best. Stayed with the Sixers Lacrosse organization and would stay again without question. Location was excellent. . Great Hotel.
