Visited for a wedding, the hotel needs some serious updates. They are renovating so expect delays like water being shut off, the place to be a mess, and a bunch of shipping containers in the parking lot. The whole place looked really run down. The air conditioning in the room stopped working. The reception area smelled very musty mildew and they had industrial sized dehumidifiers. When I took my child to the family restroom the bathroom had a pool of water on the floor. The dining area where we had breakfast was okay, the booths were pretty disgusting though. It looked like the seats had been worn through to the cushioning underneath. I hope the upcoming renovations fix all of these issues and future wedding guests don't need to deal these bad conditions. Also hoping the hotel is letting guests know that the construction is happening before they book their stay.

Please do not stay here while the hotel is under renovation. I am unsure of what this hotel runs like normally, but currently, it is a nightmare. We checked in in the main entrance and came to our room. It smelled very musty, but that could be excused because it is being renovated. Our shower was very grimy, and our bathroom door handle immediately fell off when I tried to open the door. The water pressure was only good when the water was scalding, and the sink and shower would turn off randomly when in use. I wanted to make tea, but the coffee machine reeks of mold. They start working on renovations very early. The hotel has information on the reno posted in the lobby, but not much info about times and what issues it might cause. The biggest problem was when I was walking back to my room. It was being cleaned, and I stood outside to wait for her to finish cleaning. She came out and was very polite. She asked me if it was my room, I said yes and said there was no hurry. She finished cleaning, came out, and left the door open for me to go in. While I understand she meant well, she let me enter a guest room without any proof of my identity, or even just shutting the door behind her. While it was safe this time, it could create problems in other situations. Again, don't stay here until they finish renovations. This was an outlier for all my Hilton hotel experiences.

Not up to Hilton standards. Spent one night there on a work trip. Room was hot. Called front desk. Then called again 40 minutes later. Maintenance guy looked at it and said "I think it's cooler now". AC on full blast all night and my room never got below 72. No offer to switch rooms. I cancelled the second night and stayed at the Hampton Inn. Sad.
