This is obviously not a 5 star hotel, but it is a 5 star DoubleTree in my opinion. They had one of the better breakfast buffets I have had at a hotel recently. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. The workout room was above average. I liked the location, but was there for work so not sure what there is to do if your are traveling for leisure. The rooms could be updated, but that is true of lots of hotels these days.
The check-in was smooth, and of course, the warm cookie was a sweet touch! My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient, and the amenities were just what I needed. Great customer service, friendly faces, and a peaceful atmosphere made my stay memorable.
I stayed at this hotel a couple of nights ago and it was a good experience, the room was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. But above all the customer service was excellent, I was having problems getting my digital key and Paul was very kind to help me and explain everything in a nice way. Thank you!
