Excellent hotel. This hotel is chock full of amenities—onsite restaurant, meeting rooms, tennis court, green belt, nice outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor hangout spaces, and also backs up to a golf course! The view from our 8th floor room was incredible with the golf course and mountain backdrop. As for the hotel itself, the lobby is very bright, modern, and airy. The rooms are clean (a little dated, but not a huge deal) and spacious. The only cleanliness issue I encountered was a black mark about the size of a dime on the comforter, so maybe a little more attention should be paid in that regard. However, it didn’t make the bed feel unclean. All the staff we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant staff were very friendly, and the warm cookie welcome is always a treat! Overall, this is an excellent hotel and we will for sure stay here again when in the area.

The good … The bedsheets and towels were clean and soft. The TV and remote worked. The clock had a convenient night light. The lights worked and there were ample plug ins. It was quiet. The front desk staff was friendly. It’s right off I-70. The BAD … The hotel is old and worn out … I’m not sure when the room was last cleaned … whenever it was … it was done poorly … There was short black hair in sink, on bathroom counter, floor, and long blondish/reddish hair on carpeting … The back area of nightstand where the clock sat had a THICK layer of dust covering it. I’d booked a room with two queen beds … one mattress was a double on a queen box spring … and the bed skirt was dirty … There were bits of dog food on the carpet that was not my pup’s. There were feathers randomly in places … carpet, bed skirt … I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in our room and I was charged for parking and $50 for dog … especially knowing there isn’t any additional cleaning done after a pet stays. I hope all the rooms are not presented this way … how embarrassing for you, your staff, and company … do better for your guests and brand! I was not asked at checkout how my stay was … or I would’ve shared my concerns with the staff! The lobby was full of patrions, especially older folks … I hope their stay was more clean than mine!

I’m so sad because I saved up to take this vacation with my husband, and we wish we could get our money back. We stayed here last year and it seemed to have been much better than this time. From the second we walked in our room, we found 3-4 little beetle bugs on the bed, curtains and window. By the time we left we had killed at least ten each. We also saw a lot of mildew and mold in the bathroom and walls in the room. One of the main reasons we came was the pool - only to be sadly disappointed when we saw the water was so murky you couldn’t see your own toes in it. There was a bunch of stuff floating in the pool the whole weekend and water was disgusting. My husband said the bathroom by the pool had blood all over the mirror and vanity. We paid a lot of money for two nights here and it was SO not worth it. If it were priced accordingly, it would be different. But paying almost $500 for two nights and also having to pay for parking is absolutely ridiculous. This hotel is beautiful and could really be nice if they did some renovations and actually cleaned the pool. The one positive thing was the staff were really nice and I am grateful for that.
