From booking to check out PERFECT stay!!! Our room was clean, wonderful bed and pillows. Valet parking and breakfast thank you!!! The staff WOW they ALL had the most helpful and friendly attitudes. Great location we were able to walk everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend you give them a try you won't be disappointed.
Nice looking hotel that is conveniently located to Beale St, downtown area, and lots of food places to include baseball field. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall a nice stay 4 star due to no AC in hallways to room, breakfast waitress double charged, doesn’t seem to have much barrier for loud street noises. Aside from those things hotel is a nice stay and staff are quick to assist with needs of a guest. Next time I come to Memphis I would stay again.
Location is great. Great view of the ball park and easy walking around downtown area. The restaurant was wonderful. Service was on point and the food was wonderful. Good prices also. The hotel is not in good shape. Very old and the AC does not work in the hallways or my room. Never got below 71 all night. The hallway was at least 90 degrees. I asked the desk if that was normal and they said for sure. The hallways are always hot. I was charged for a movie that I NEVER requested and was told they have to dispute with the movie company before they take it off. No manager on site at 9 am to discuss with.
