The overall stay was fine, but man does this hotel need maintenance and upgrades. When I book a room with a Hilton hotel, I have a certain standard of expectations and this establishment never met those standards. -There was a mold ring about the bath rub. -The hand soap which actually a huge Dove body wash bar. -The furniture was all torn up (including a huge whole in the couch with the stuffing coming out of it). -There wasn't a microwave or fridge in the room. -The AC unit was falling apart and the carpet was dingy and rippling. -The exterior of the building was so run down that it looked like it should have appeared in a horror film. I was just really disappointed.

Pros: Check-in was quick and easy, location was ideal, close to shopping, restaurants, and local events. Beds were somewhat worn down but still comfortable and had clean sheets. Cons: No fridge or microwave. The deadbolt lock on my room was completely missing. Elevators small, noisy, and scary. Hallway floors lumpy and carpet is bunched up in several spots. My mom had to be extremely careful using her walker and cane. My family had 4 rooms throughout this hotel and all I can say is this location is beyond filthy and outdated. I didn't use any of the amenities so I can't comment on those, but this is the 1st hotel i've been to that doesn't have accessible items for guests such as shower chairs and toilet risers. I've even been to hotels that even have walkers in the room so it's sad there was nothing at all. Plus there are no accessible rooms with more than one bed. They do have accessible rooms with 1 bed and a sofa bed, and the front desk person offered to move us, but after seeing the condition of the rooms I was terrified at the thought of pulling a bed out of a filthy looking sofa in a filthy room. Who knows what would have crawled out. The curtains, heater/ac unit, telephones, lamp shades, and chairs were all grey/brown/discolored like it used to be a smoking hotel. Carpets were filthy, bathrooms were dirty. Most of us left without showering because of the cleanliness and shower curtains. I got cleaning products from cvs and cleaned the sinks, toilets, door handles, and buttons on the remotes and lamps just to make it comfortable to sleep for the night. And I was already mad about my experience and the cherry on top was not getting my points for the 2 rooms that were booked and paid for through my Hilton Honors. I will never stay or recommend anyone I know stay here ever again.

Dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel, especially since we are Hilton Diamond members. The rooms are outdated, clogging shower, lamps do not work and no fridge or microwave. We had $30 credit per day(3 night stay for work) which we could not use due to bar and restaurant having odd hours or not open for no reason... Could not even use the credit for the market on site, so what a waste. The bar was open one night and went to ask for a cocktail that the bartender didn't know how to make, so not sure about that...We just left... Front staff seemed nice, but cared more about gossiping about their personal lives. Breakfast was included with our stay due to work booking multiple rooms here, but definitely would not have paid for it otherwise unless you like watery eggs and hard potatoes...Not to mention the elevators make unpleasant sounds which they probably need maintenance... A coworker went to the gym and everything was either broken or not functional for a workout...Heard another guest say "This place is falling apart" - TRUE STATEMENT!!!! Please be sure to read the other reviews before staying at this hotel, save yourself the bother and money. As I already know the reply this hotel will be writing in response to my review, which will do nothing for us...So save the time and energy to fix this place up and not for our benefit as we will definitely not be coming back to stay here!
