Doubletree Resort by Hilton Hollywood Beach

My experience at this hotel was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to Carlos Vega. From the moment I arrived, Carlos stood out as an exceptional professional—courteous, attentive, kind, and always going above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for. He offers a warm, human-centered approach that is rare to find. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and genuine care for guests make him an outstanding asset to the team. Without a doubt, Carlos is highly qualified to lead in customer service anywhere in Florida. I also want to thank the entire hotel staff for their kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel—not just for its amenities, but for the exceptional service and human warmth that truly make the difference. wow I found this hotel from “resort pass” just needed a day room to relax, it exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were delicious and also the pool was great. The room was perfect and super cleaned. I will definitely come back.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Hollywood, Florida for a full week and had an overall great experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located right across from the beach—such a huge plus! I loved having easy beach access just steps away. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and location. The hospitality was warm, the service was helpful, and the check-in process using my digital key was smooth. I truly enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which I was able to do a couple of times with no issues. Unfortunately, I did have one unpleasant experience that left me feeling uncomfortable. One day, while entering I encountered by servucy when entering the pool facility, I was searched quite aggressively. I understand the hotel has a strict “no outside food” policy, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being treated like a criminal. It honestly felt more like airport security than a resort pool, which really affected my ability to feel comfortable returning to that area for the rest of my stay. Despite that moment, I still appreciated the overall value, cleanliness, and beachfront convenience the hotel offered. I hope future visits can be a bit more relaxed in terms of security protocol, especially for guests who are following the rules. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality and for making most of my stay pleasant. I forgot to mention that it how it is but just be aware that they clean your room every three days giving you towels and cleaning but they give you if you benefit it two bottles of water every day in your room.
