DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bentonville

We had a great stay. Every staff member we encountered was very warm, polite and helpful. They provide free bottled water, and of course the delicious signature cookies! We paid a little extra (worthwhile) for included breakfast with our room. Special shoutout to the lady staff member at the breakfast every morning, she was very sweet and accommodating! I would recommend this hotel to my friends as my favorite one in NWA area. Quiet rooms too, unlike other hotels right next to the highway, this one is next to a regular road which doesn’t give too much noise at night.

This is my first time staying here and I was worried about my service dog being accommodated in a no dogs allowed hotel but not only did Paulina make sure my service dog and I were accommodated, she went out of her way so many times to deliver something random I was asking for, always with a big smile. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Next time I’m in town, I’ll be choosing this hotel again because of the high bar Paulina set here.

Very clean property; quiet and great staff. The in-house restaurant was a surprise, Normally we avoid those like the plague, but took a chance and weren’t disappointed. Super service, and tons of food. Had we known that their quesadilla was a whopper, we would have settled for that and a salad. As it was one of us also had the salad and soup combo for $10; what a deal. Who would have thought you get a first-rate albondigas soup (soup of the day) at a venue like this. Only downer was the ripped carpet in our room.
