I have stayed at this property twice within the past year and both experiences have been good. It's not a brand new or freshly renovated property, but if you know what to expect I do think it earned by 5 star review. The rooms are very comfortable, great layout for a full one bedroom suite. The balcony rooms overlooking the pool courtyard are great. Its hard to find a hotel at this price point with full size balconies. The beds and sheets are good, bathrooms have walk in showers, marble vanities. Its really a good hotel for the money. HVAC also worked great and we hooked up a laptop to the TV for streaming. Its a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay with a nice blue ash location.

I’m glad I chose to ignore some negative reviews I’d read and kept my reservation. I was met with a professional yet personable staff at the front desk & lounge. My suite on the 1st floor was clean, smelled fine, great view of the pool, furniture was modern, & the wall hangings were scenes of downtown Cincinnati. (Mentioning these things because the petty reviews on here were either exaggerated, or management saw complaints and addressed them all) There was absolutely nothing to say that was disappointing with my stay there, all three days. Looking forward to reserving a suite again.

This place is soo icky. If you forget the Hilton name and imagine a run down, bad landscaping, cheaply decorated room it would be palatable but unfortunately it was truly the worst hotel I've stayed in and because it was a tournament booking we had to stay 2 nights. The pull out couch literally had a blood stain 2ft x 2ft. I was going to post pictures but it honestly was the grossest thing. The walls are peeling in the hallway and inside the room, There is mold in the shower and around the sink. Everything is just so old it's all in need of an overhaul not because of aesthetics but because of functionality. There were stains on the comforters. No towels, no extra blankets. The water in the lobby is always empty. Always. They seemed very under staffed. Only one person working in customer service for the entire hotel. It took 20 minutes to check in because the attendant had to go help somebody locate something .I'm honestly not sure there's even a manager on duty. It's uncomfortable to stand and watch the lines at the desk be continuously long. I've never located housekeeping day or night. But I know they exist because they came to our room and took dirty towels but did not replace them and they also took the rug and did not replace it. The curtains are dirty with food and something else. 2 outlets did not work. The breakfast was bizarre. There was no meat protein or waffle/ pancakes. The hot food was egg and potatoes but they were out and didn't replace them before we had to finish our breakfast to leave. I'm not sure anyone was working back there. The only shining star of our experience is the waitress who worked in the bistro. She was the sweetest woman. She was so helpful to all of our soccer families. She had such a great attitude even though everything we needed was from the kitchen and she was constantly running back and forth to help us. Over the course of 72 hours I have only met three employees. Which seems quite minimal for all of the hotel patron needs. The front desk attendants both days were very friendly.
