This is my go to hotel in Naples. The staff is so professional. The rooms are clean and modern. I’m a diamond member and received a great upgrade. There were some issues that were rectified pretty quickly. Jennifer (manager) is lovely and approachable. She takes pride in this hotel and it shows.All the staff that we encountered were very friendly. This property is well kept and very clean! Highly recommend.
The nicest hotel employees & very clean rooms! Our fav hotel when we visit Naples. Every employee we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, CLEAN & updated. And it’s in a convenient area-close to restaurants & beaches.
Excellent hotel, the staff is wonderful, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The pool is spectacular and clean. The room is super comfortable and clean. I've stayed in several hotels in Naples, but this is one of the cleanest I've seen.
