The room was very nice and comfortable. Service was amazing. My 2 gripes are how loud it was at night. Because of the room setups even on higher floors you can hear people being loud down in the bar like you were in the same room. My 2nd gripe is they charge $20 a night for overnight self parking at a hotel you’re staying at. Not even gated. Had to park way out on the back 40. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Definitely a step or 2 above continental breakfasts at typical places. Conveniently located close to the mall and restaurants.
When we arrived there was a group of what looked like possibly employees outside the front doors smoking, the smell was incredibly strong. Building inside dusty and dirtyand dated. Rooms look like they've only been wiped, and have a strong vinegar smell. Pool area is a mess. No one supervises the area. Kids and teens run from pool to play on gym equipment. Pool water was cloudy and had what looked like boogers floating in it 🤢 Would not recomend at all. This location will not be one my family and I will ever stay at again.
We stayed for one night and were very disappointed with the experience. The customer service was extremely rude — not just one person, but multiple staff members. I requested something from the front desk, and they said it would be sent to my room, but it never arrived. On top of that, there were hidden fees for things like parking, bottled water, and even breakfast. For the amount of money we spent, the service was far below expectations — comparable to a Motel 6. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
