I stayed at this hotel for a weekend, and overall, the experience had both high and low points. The location is undoubtedly scenic nestled right next to a beautiful river, with peaceful surroundings and lovely views. The room itself was excellent: clean, well-designed, and equipped with quality materials. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was very satisfying, and a special thanks goes to the woman handling the housekeeping and breakfast. she was extremely helpful and kind. I regret not being able to leave a tip, as I didn’t have any cash on me. That said, the road leading to the hotel is quite rough more of a narrow, bumpy path than a proper road. While this isn’t something the hotel can change, it does affect the overall experience. Once you’re there, it’s not really convenient to go out again for a meal or a quick trip to a nearby town. So, I would strongly recommend bringing your own food, especially since the hotel have kitchen. Unfortunately, breakfast was very basic, and the coffee offering was underwhelming just a simple capsule machine. I was really hoping for a proper coffee station or at least better quality coffee. The pool is also quite small; realistically, it only accommodates about three people comfortably at the same time. There is no restaurant or bar on-site, which limits the feeling of a full “holiday” experience. It would be a huge improvement if the hotel added a simple café/bar area with hot and cold beverages, or even offered basic meals. Given the challenging access to the property, maybe offering a few rental scooters or small motorbikes for guests could help even as a paid option. Lastly, considering the fantastic river setting, it would be wonderful to have more water-based activities available canoes, paddle boards etc. All in all, it’s a great place if you’re looking for a peaceful stay and you’re prepared but with a few improvements, it could become truly exceptional.
