The hotel was in a great location and the room was, good enough for what we needed (AC, bed for two, shower, etc.) but the service here was really exceptional. Angelo was on top of everything and made sure everything was consistently in order, made sure we got new bottles of water daily, and the hotel staff was just generally kind, caring and fantastic. Absolutely would recommend
The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of all the big sights as well as a 15 min walk from Roma termini. Staff were wonderful and very responsive! Room was clean and amenities were good.
Great location. Close to main train station and walking distance to most attractions. We took the metro to the Vatican. The rooms were clean, but dated. The Shower was very small. In fact, I don’t think I have every seen one that small. The road noise was pretty loud all night but tolerable with the windows closed. The AC worked fine and bed comfort ok. Breakfast was continental style and was good. Service was very good. Some reviewers stated they had to pay cash when they arrived. We booked through Booking.com and paid with a Visa on arrival.
