Downtown Douradores by Homing Lisbon

I give it 1 star for the location. We paid €612 for 2 nights and the apartment is in deplorable condition. The cistern in the main room was broken and wouldn't stop working, we couldn't sleep a wink all night. We notified that morning and they did not solve the problem, they made excuses and told us by message to turn off the tap, we also warned them that the other bathroom smelled very bad and that there was light on the stairs that went up to the apartment and it was a danger because at night it was dark, it was not solved either. The bathroom shower head was broken, the walls were battered and the paint was peeling off in some areas. The beds were the worst we have slept in (the two beds and the sofa bed), both because of the mattresses, which were full of lumps, and because of the pillows. The lamps were full of dust and the curtains and doors were stained. The photos that appear on the website and in booking show that they are from years ago, right now the apartment has nothing to do with those photos, and with the price it has it should not be like that.
