I would recommend Down Town Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Casablanca. The staff and management at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. This was my first time in Morocco and my airline, Air France, lost both my carry on and suitcase. Staff at the hotel helped me to contact Air France, drove me to the airport to pick up my luggage when it arrived 3 days later, and helped me to stay calm. Thank you Lahasn, Amine, Omar, Manal, and Adnane, for your hospitality.

So nice here. Everyone is very helpful and kind, yet still professional. Very close to the American consulate. I couldn't finish the breakfast they make available for a very reasonable price, because I was full.

I used to go to this hotels for years. 6 years ago the service was really outstanding. The stuff was professional, friendly and so helpful. When I arrive, I found fruits, coffee and drinks in the fridge. Everyday they bring new coffee. In the last two years, after the manager left the hotel (french women), the experience started going down, the last time it was a disaster. When I called, an old and very polite man told me a price, when I came I found a young man that charged me more and explained that the price they told me before because the hotel was empty but today it's full. The day after I discovered that I was almost the only client. There was no fruits, only one coffee. When I asked for more they charged me, but the worst is that the moment he bringed the coffee he asked me, you need to pay now! Knowing that the price was almost the same I paid before, but with a very negative experience. Unfortunately, it was the last time I will go to this hotel. I really liked it so much but I'm obliged to go somewhere else.
