Had a terrific stay at the proper. The room was small but comfortable and clean, I especially enjoyed the nice toiletries they provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. A gentleman at the bar made a ginger drink on the spot when we didn't see ginger ale on the menu. The restaurant on the ground floor was delicious although all I tried was breakfast. Decent location if you're going to be on the west side of downtown and near LA Live. Overall very positive experience!
We has a phenomenal stay at the property. Rooms clean and beds are comfortably! A special shout out to the front desk team, specifically Vanessa for going above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated. I'll certainly be back to visit again! Wonderful staff all-around. Thanks!
No complaints about the hotel. I definitely would have loved to stay longer if I could afford it but I couldn't justify almost $500 a night considering the location (noise at night) and fact I just needed somewhere to lay my head at night. Customer service was great though and the bed was comfortable. I loved the concept :)
