It's a very nice and clean modern apartment. It has all the equipment you need during your stay. If you have kids, they provide a sleeping bed for children and a feeding chair. The only downside is that if you have a stroller or use a wheelchair, it might be difficult to access the apartment due to some unavoidable stairs, even when using the elevator. However, apart from this, the place is perfect. The tram stop is right in front of the building's entrance—literally just 30 seconds from the apartment.

The place is very clean and updated! The toilet and shower area are really really modern and clean!!! It's really really nice! Would definitely come back! The tram station is just outside, very very convenient! Also, wife is saying the house keeper must have OCD, and everything is so dustless and spotless. She couldn't believe her eyes and keep singing praises about this place. I would give 6 stars if i can.

Be careful when website give you a price reduction unexpectedly, it actually just changed your room, This is not the room we thought we were booking, The apartment has one window, 30cm Infront of that window they have built a (luxury) apartment blocking 98 % of all light, The apartment is damp requiring the bathroom and toilet fan to run at all times to keep a decent humidity, in the month we visited it was warm but the flat was hot at all times, opening the window makes no difference to the dampness in the air, Lift provided stops on floors with stares making the lift worthless for a baby pram or disabilities, The apartment was clean But it was also cleaned when we put up a do not disturb on the door. The apartments are spotless and the area is nice, the cafe/ice cream shop next door is exceptionally good The apartments are beautiful and it's right in front of a tram stop 10 mins from the city center by tram
