Downtown Suites Yerevan

Great place! We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Separate bedroom and a large pull out sofa in living room. Air conditioner in both rooms worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. There was always someone working the front desk 24/7 and each person was very helpful. Everyone spoke Russian, and English well. Location is a bit hard to find, but is in the very center and super convenient. Happy we stayed here!

Amazing stay at Downtown Suites, welcoming staff, very helpful and supportive. Rooms are clean and tidy. Location close to city center, best suitable for tourists. Highly recommended.

We lived at this hotel in April 2025, and had a great experience. The room and toilet were very neat and staff very helpful and courteous. At times, they even took the trouble to explain to us, the routes to various attractions and how to get there, despite some difficulty with the language. Loved the staff - 5 stars to them. The set up is quite strange though - I think the hotel is just one floor in a commercial/residential building. It probably has a total of 10-15 rooms. But all of them were well laid out, neat and looked like new. It's difficult to find the entrance to the building as there is no signage, and since I had read previous reviews I was prepared for this, and hence could find the place easily. Once you figure out the entrance, and go into the building, you're in an empty space :-) Location-wise its fantastic! Right at the heart of the city within walking distance of Republic square. Since, its not exactly a hotel, there is no restaurant on premise - so no hotel breakfast. But this shortcoming is made up by 3-4 coffee and bake shops right outside the building. There's also a supermarket and couple of Lebanese and other restaurants in the adjacent building. Most importantly for us, India Palace restaurant was just 2 minutes away and we had most of our meals there. All in all, a wonderful stay at Downtown Suites. I definitely recommend this hotel, if you're not looking for the Ramadas and Marriotts.
