I was truly impressed with my experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to many attractions and easily accessible. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. I felt right at home and will definitely come back if I visit this city again. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at d’primahotel Seminyak and extended it three times! ❤️ The hotel has an excellent location—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff does a fantastic job. They clean thoroughly and bring fresh water to the rooms every day. We also really appreciated that our room was quiet—we didn’t hear any noise and slept peacefully every night. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety that changed daily. Our favorite dish was the stir-fried vegetables, and the fresh fruits were always great. A special thank you to Ketut, Arianta, and Sri from the breakfast staff—they were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel also has its own restaurant, where the food is tasty and reasonably priced, but the service can be quite slow, so be prepared to wait. We didn’t use the pool because it seemed a bit dirty to us, though we did see other guests swimming. The security staff was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood. The only real downside of the hotel was the Wi-Fi. It was very bad, especially in our room on the 5th floor. This was the only issue we faced during our stay. Despite that, everything else was fantastic, and we can’t wait to come back! ❤️
