This a good location, near the centre of the city, close to local food, cafes and beer. It seem much more personal than the newly built resorts nearer the beaches in my opinion. The rooms are lovely, well designed, with good facilities, with balconies and they are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very modern and the shower is amazing The breakfast is good with Vietnamese and western options. Recommend
The place is brand-new and the rooms and facilities are way better than the one we had back in Hanoi city center. We just had an overnight stay before doing the famed Ha Long Bay the next morning. Being in deep winter means freezing 17°C but the rooms were huge and comfortable. Breakfast fare was more Asian than Western but we, along with a group of 20 Hong-Kong tourists and South Asian families were happy.
Although they say breakfast ends at 9am, when we went for breakfast at 7/730am, there was no food left. We could only eat bread, or order eggs and noodles. The rest of the cooked food was kept already. 👎 when we questioned the staff, they still said breakfast ends at 9am 😑 Also, at night, I tried to ask if there are any utensils for my supper but they didn’t have any because “restuarant is closed”. Wifi works but is abit slow.
