Had money stolen from my room. $1000usd and $200aud. They didn't take all the cash but 20-30%. Hoping I wouldn't notice. Must be a staff member to have access to the rooms as it was 2 separate rooms over 2 stays. Thought I had miss calculation until my $500aud emergency money turned into $300 after I noticed $500usd short in my play money had gone. Don't leave cash in the room, don't stay unless you are happy for people to go through your belongings. Cutting my stay short and booked another hotel to get away from thieves at this motel. Was happy with room, location, price, comfort but will not tolerate theft and invasion of privacy. Look elsewhere for a room

I have booked hotel for my family and they denied for the booking on the checkin day. They charged us double the cost we have already paid online. We have been looted in this property via booking cancellation. Please do not book this hotel by mistake even.

We ( I and my wife and seven year old child) have booked for stay through agoda for 23rd November 2024 night and extended our stay for two more days by paying cash. On 25th November 2024 the hotel staff stole our 900 USD from our room. When we enquired about the same from the Hotel staff than their behaviour were shocking and they told us that they have no fear , even of police. As we are from India and don’t have much time and contacts to take legal action against them but we request to all travellers community with sad heart to boycott this hotel so at least they learn a lesson.
